Legislative Agenda ... Ask the Council to develop a strategic plan. Ask for a balanced budget. Ask the Council for a tax rate we can afford. Ask the Council to establish a control system to ensure government is conducted properly. Ask for an open government that encourages public participation.

History Lesson. (Let's Never Forget how bad government can be without adequate "public" input and operating "above" public input when provided. The long term* Council members didn't understand the budget and apparently didn't try to understand, but they kept spending our money like it was theirs! Then, our taxes were raised before smart cuts were even attempted, even though our residents asked for them to wait! NOTE: Let's never forget, but hopefully soon move past this lesson if and when the City starts down the right path.
